CUSTOM32 produces custom vinyl decals to your approved specifications. Please read this policy before checkout.
Four-hour modification grace period
After payment is confirmed, you have four (4) hours to cancel your order for a full refund, as long as production has not begun. Use the cancellation option on your order confirmation or account page, or email INFO@CUSTOM32.COM with your order ID.
Custom typography and decal orders
Social-handle and other custom decal orders are manufactured to the typography, platform icon, font, spacing, and size you selected and approved in the customizer.
Once the four-hour grace period expires, custom typography choices and other custom-manufactured specifications are final and non-refundable, except where Canadian consumer protection law requires otherwise.
This includes errors in spelling or handle text that were approved at checkout, material selections, and layout choices reflected in your design confirmation.
Defective or incorrect items
If we ship a product that is materially defective or not what you ordered (not including customer-approved design content), contact INFO@CUSTOM32.COM within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a reprint, store credit, or refund.
Non-returnable items
Custom-cut vinyl, made-to-order graphics, and approved one-off designs cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse after the grace period because they are produced specifically for you.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
