Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CUSTOM32. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Custom-manufactured goods
Most products are made to your specifications, including typography, platform icons, materials, and dimensions. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, and design approvals before checkout.
Order acceptance and payment
Orders are accepted when payment is successfully processed through Stripe. Prices, taxes, and shipping shown at checkout are final for that transaction. We ship to Canadian addresses only unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid order within four (4) hours of payment for a full refund, provided production has not started. After that window, custom-manufactured orders—including social-handle decals with your chosen typography—are non-refundable except where required by law.

Production and delivery
Production timelines vary by order volume and complexity. Shipping carriers and tracking are provided when your order is fulfilled. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Intellectual property
You represent that you have the right to use any handles, artwork, or marks you submit. CUSTOM32 retains rights in its website, tools, and brand assets.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUSTOM32 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
